Over our 50+ years in operations, GAP has remained a family-owned and run business. Gordon’s sons, Douglas and Iain Anderson are now Joint Managing Directors, with third generations of the Anderson family working in Senior Management roles. This enables us to provide quick decision-making which allows us to offer excellent service to our valued customers. Your development is on the agenda from day one. When starting your career with GAP, you will work with your Line Manager to set goals and objectives for your first few months with the company to ensure you are enhancing your skillset and constantly learning from day one whilst working in your new role. You will also be invited to regular job chats where you will be encouraged to plan and take ownership of your development, with support from your Manager and the wider GAP team.
