Our department produces interior surface components using a variety of materials and finishes. Throughout the process we combine craftmanship with technology to exacting standards. It is our attention to detail that produces world class interiors.


By providing our apprentices with a sense of responsibility from the outset, they quickly become acclimatised to the production environment and develop skills that will last a lifetime. There are multiple vacancies available for this role commencing end of August 2023.
What will you be doing?


Working closely with our highly experienced production staff and support planning teams.
Have the opportunity to visit and work within other BMW Group plants.
Being part of the team working on exciting current and future Rolls-Royce products.
Being self-motivated to bring about change for the better.
Work on a Furniture Making Level 2 course from Chichester College (with the potential for a further 2 year extension to study either Lean Manufacturing or Bespoke Furniture Marking dependent on progress during the first 2 years).

What do you need to do now?


The next stage of the process is a Strengths Video Interview. You can complete this at any time of day during your three-day invitation window and will be recorded answering a set of questions. There is a practice question at the start and you get multiple chances to record each question, plus the GetMyFirstJob team are on hand to support you and give you lots of top tips and advice! Following this, successful applicants will be shortlisted and invited to a face-to-face Assessment Centre with BMW Group.


Assessment Centres for this role are provisioned to take place in the week commencing the 3rd of April.
