The Interior Trim Centre manufactures the main interior trim components fitted to all Rolls-Royce vehicles including, sewn leather covers, seats, door panels, consoles and instrument panels. We are seeking multiple apprentices to join our team commencing end of August 2023.
With hard work and commitment, you will develop specialist knowledge supported by undertaking a Level 2 course in Lean Manufacturing at Chichester College. You will have the opportunity to do a variety of interior trim placements with a range of leatherwork skills, including inspection, preparation and cutting to sewing, covering and assembly work. You could also explore placement opportunities in other manufacturing areas across the Rolls-Royce business. There is the potential, subject to your performance, to progress to a Level 4 qualification for a further two years.

What do you need to do now?
The next stage of the process is a Strengths Video Interview. You can complete this at any time of day during your three-day invitation window and will be recorded answering a set of questions. There is a practice question at the start and you get multiple chances to record each question, plus the GetMyFirstJob team are on hand to support you and give you lots of top tips and advice! Following this, successful applicants will be shortlisted and invited to a face-to-face Assessment Centre with BMW Group.
Assessment Centres for this role are provisioned to take place in the week commencing the 10th of April.
