As a Rolls-Royce Industrial Sewing apprentice, you will gain a general appreciation of leather and other materials manufacturing through on-the-job training coupled with a Level 2 Sewing Machinist qualification from Chichester College. There are multiple vacancies available for this role commencing end of August 2023.
You'll spend two years developing your skills by learning everything about the sewing department including the basic maintenance of the machines.
Your final year will be in a specific area of expertise in preparation for your post-apprenticeship role in the area you choose to specialise in.?

What do you need to do now?


The next stage of the process is a Strengths Video Interview. You can complete this at any time of day during your three-day invitation window and will be recorded answering a set of questions. There is a practice question at the start and you get multiple chances to record each question, plus the GetMyFirstJob team are on hand to support you and give you lots of top tips and advice! Following this, successful applicants will be shortlisted and invited to a face-to-face Assessment Centre with BMW Group.


Assessment Centres for this role are provisioned to take place in the week commencing the 3rd of April.
