Technical Training within our Manufacturing function is the ideal starting point for anyone wanting to become a multi-skilled technician, with training that will take you through the many areas of vehicle manufacturing. To make the most of being a technical apprentice, you’ll need to be someone with plenty of questions about how things work and have the confidence to seek out the answers. We are seeking multiple apprentices to join our team commencing end of August 2023.
As a Rolls-Royce Technical Apprentice, you will be attending college on a part time basis and you will also follow a placement plan spending time within various areas of Assembly. The two year programme is designed to enable you to experience different aspects of engineering and production technology. With hard work and commitment, you will develop specialist technical knowledge supported by undertaking a Level 2 course in Lean Manufacturing at Chichester College. There is the potential, subject to your performance, to progress to a Level 4 qualification for a further two years.

What do you need to do now?
The next stage of the process is a Strengths Video Interview. You can complete this at any time of day during your three-day invitation window and will be recorded answering a set of questions. There is a practice question at the start and you get multiple chances to record each question, plus the GetMyFirstJob team are on hand to support you and give you lots of top tips and advice! Following this, successful applicants will be shortlisted and invited to a face-to-face Assessment Centre with BMW Group.
Assessment Centres for this role are provisioned to take place in the week commencing the 10th of April.
