The maxim of Sir Henry Royce, ‘take the best that exists and make it better’, permeates in everything we do at Rolls-Royce. As an apprentice, you will have hands-on experience from day one, gaining practical insights into the corporate operations of a world-class automotive manufacturer.
Whilst every Rolls-Royce is special, many customers desire extraordinary distinguishing features to make their car completely unique. This falls to the marque's Bespoke department; a collection of the automotive world's finest designers, engineers and craftspeople all under one department.
With this degree apprenticeship, You will spend 4 years developing and honing your skills around many areas within the Bespoke department.
You will need to be enthusiastic and well-disciplined as our apprenticeship is heavily focused on attitude and behaviour. In addition, you need to exhibit initiative, be reliable and conscientious. Excellent communication skills are essential, as is the ability to think logically and to work both independently and as part of a team.
Your Training – Your Apprenticeship will provide you with opportunities to support your career development and throughout this, we will provide you with the support and guidance necessary to ensure your training is successful.
Whilst developing on-the-job knowledge, you will also undertake fully funded study toward the attainment of a BSc (Hons) in Project Management, provided by the University of Portsmouth.
Your Year-on-Year Progression – You will spend 4 years developing and honing your skills around many areas within the Bespoke department.

The next stage of the process is a Strengths Video Interview. You can complete this at any time of day during your three -day invitation window and will be recorded answering a set of questions. There is a practice question at the start and you get multiple chances to record each question, plus the GetMyFirstJob team are on hand to support you and give you lots of top tips and advice! Following this, successful applicants will be shortlisted and invited to a face-to-face Assessment Centre* with BMW Group.’
