This program will give you an in-depth introduction to the Quality Management System, Conformity Of Production and Test Equipment Management required for the production of Rolls-Royce Motor Cars. You will have the opportunity to undertake hands-on work experience with one of the most prestige automotive brands in addition to a fully funded degree qualification in Manufacturing Engineering from University of Chichester. We are seeking one apprentice to join our team commencing end of August 2023.
Within this department your responsibilities could include:
Ensuring test and assembly equipment is calibrated and suitable for intended use.
Documenting, maintaining and assuring that calibration results are consistently traceable.
Coordinating the conformity of production test program to ensure ongoing vehicle compliance.
Conducting planned process audits across all departments of the business - including Manufacturing, Sales, Finance, Communication and Human Resources.
Creating and delivering training packages.

What do you need to do now?
The next stage of the process is a Strengths Video Interview. You can complete this at any time of day during your three-day invitation window and will be recorded answering a set of questions. There is a practice question at the start and you get multiple chances to record each question, plus the GetMyFirstJob team are on hand to support you and give you lots of top tips and advice! Following this, successful applicants will be shortlisted and invited to a face-to-face Assessment Centre with BMW Group.
Assessment Centres for this role are provisioned to take place in the week commencing the 3rd of April.
