Our Summit ONE campus in Farnborough is home to the National Sales Company for the BMW Group in the UK, as well as BMW Group Financial Services which offers retailers, corporate and private customers a range of customised financial services. Alphabet (GB) Ltd. as a leading provider of Business Mobility Services is also located in Farnborough.

This Apprenticeship is designed to provide you with a wide experience in an exciting environment that is constantly evolving and is an incredible platform to build a career within BMW Group UK. Based in the Product and Market Planning team, you will work across our Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams on cross-functional business topics relating to the launch and lifecycle management of BMW’s product offering in the UK and Ireland.
Your home department in Product and Market Planning is responsible for ensuring all current and future BMW models are optimised for the UK and Irish markets to deliver against business objectives. This involves defining market opportunity, considering volume objectives, and determining specification options and pricing for all current products, including those that will be launched within the next 12 to 36 months. Through close cooperation with other areas of the Sales, Marketing, and Finance functions, we ensure vehicle launches are supported by comprehensive communication activities through all channels.
What will you be doing?


Your Training - Level 6 Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship (BA (Hons) in Business Management Practice)


Your Apprenticeship will provide you with opportunities to support your career development and throughout this, we will provide you with the support and guidance necessary to ensure your training is successful.


Whilst developing on-the-job knowledge, you will also undertake fully funded study toward the attainment of a BA (Hons) in Business Management Practice, provided by Abingdon & Witney College (affiliated with Oxford Brookes University).
Your Year-on-Year Progression -


Throughout your apprenticeship, there will be opportunities to build your network across the company, put your skills which are being continually developed into practical use, work on projects alongside other members of the business, and carry out tasks independently.


Your role will be to assist the BMW Product Market and Planning team across a diverse range of tasks and projects over the term of your apprenticeship. You will gain experience in product and market sales planning, developing business cases for future customer offerings, vehicle booking and press fleet administration, agency and supplier coordination, and operational administration. You will also undertake placements in other departments around the BMW Group UK business.
As you gain experience, there will be the opportunity to lead and develop projects for the business.
