We are looking for a confident and eager to learn apprentice to join our Sales Operations team, a key partner in supporting the delivery of the Company’s sales and profit results. In Sales Operations, our tasks include strategic volume planning, management of tactical sales budgets, as well as big data analytics and reporting. Our team also monitors and drives our regional and dealership sales performance by supporting Customer Bespoke order construction and the ownership of our global used car strategy, Provenance.
What will you be doing?
Your Training - In collaboration with The University of Chichester, the Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship aims to provide you with a firm grounding in the principles of management, enabling you to study the nature of organisations through exploring your own experience at work. This programme will also allow you to develop as a self-aware and reflective manager, building your management skills in practice.
The degree apprenticeship is a level 6, 4-year programme combining practical on-the-job training with part-time study at university. The academic sessions are delivered one day a week over three 10-week terms a year.
Upon completion of the apprenticeship, you will have gained a BA (Hons) Management degree and a toolbox of skills for your future career.
Your Year-on-Year Progression - The first year of your apprenticeship will involve you building core knowledge related to Sales Operations and completing the Foundation Year of your BA (Hons) Management degree. This will allow you to take responsibility for project work and operational tasks in the later years of your apprenticeship, putting your skills into practical use. Upon completion of your Apprenticeship, you will have finished your academic studies.
In addition to your time in Sales Operations, in the later years of your apprenticeship, there will be opportunities to build your network across the business by undertaking placements in other departments such as Marketing, Regional Operations, and Manufacturing, something that will also allow you to build a wider understanding of Rolls-Royce Motor Cars.
Finally, at Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, we have a number of apprentices working within different teams, providing a network to support you throughout the programme.
