"Our Summit ONE in Farnborough is home to the National Sales Company for the BMW Group in the UK, as well as BMW Group Financial Services which offers retailers, corporate and private customers a range of customised financial services. Alphabet (GB) Ltd. as a leading provider of Business Mobility Services is also located in Farnborough. We decided in November 2020 to bring together BMW Financial Services and Alphabet to stay relevant to our customers and continue to succeed in a rapidly changing business environment.

This Apprenticeship is designed to provide you with a wide experience in an exciting environment that is constantly evolving and is an incredible platform to build a career within BMW Group UK.
Based in the Service management team, you will help provide support in the management of key Fleet Specific income topics for Alphabet’s Car and LCV fleet and all Flexible Mobility related services.
The core responsibilities of the team you will be based in are but not limited to:
Vehicle Operational Activities including maintenance control, maintenance & vehicle/fleet administration, contract activation, driver interaction centre, planning and forecasting of maintenance and fleet specific income and rebate income. Sub-set topics includes;

· Maintenance & Repair
· Tyre Management
· Roadside Assistance & Breakdown Recovery
· Glass Replacement & Repair
· Accident Management and related services
· Downtime management
· Driver Risk
· Credit Hire
· Fuel Card Management

Your Training-

Your Apprenticeship will provide you with opportunities to support your career development and throughout this, we will provide you with the support and guidance necessary to ensure your training is successful.
Whilst developing on-the-job knowledge, you will also undertake fully funded study toward the attainment of a CHARTERED MANAGER (DEGREE).

Your Year-on-Year Progression -

Throughout your apprenticeship, there will be opportunities to build your network across the company, put your skills which are being continually developed into practical use, work on projects alongside other members of the business, and carry out tasks independently.

Your role will be to assist the BMW Service management team across a diverse range of tasks and projects over the term of your apprenticeship. You will support New Business and Account Management with key FSI products and services, interact with local and international teams in order to produce statistical data, budgets and forecasts relating to key services and support development aimed at increasing FSI and service profitability.
