Job Description
Operations are the backbone of the Firm, supporting the front to back processing, settlement and reconciliation of Front Office trading, whilst minimizing risk to the Firm. The Global Operations mission is to lead, simplify and enhance everything we do front to back, to exceed client expectations while protecting the Firm. Our vision is to be the most advanced, efficient, and inclusive Operations teams. The apprenticeship within Operations will comprise of 3 roles, rotating between the roles every 6 months, enabling you to get experience across a broad range of Operations processes and functions. The three roles are: Institutional Fixed Income Securities Group – Foreign Exchange Trade Support; Shared Services and Banking Operations: Asset Servicing – Corporate Action Administration; Institutional Fixed Income Securities Group: Trade and Transaction Reporting – Cash Analytics.
