In 2025 Dentons are excited to launch our first Accounting Apprenticeship Programme! If your'e a year 13 student or a school leaver based in Scotland who isn’tgoing on to study a full-time degree in September 2025, we want to hear from you.

As an Apprentice within Dentons Finance Team, you will be enrolled in an Accountancy Graduate Apprenticeship. Over the four-year programme you will work four days a week in our Scottish offices and study one day per week towards your degree. This apprenticeship offers a unique opportunity to bridge academic learning with real-world application in a dynamic and specialized field.

By the end of the programme, you will have earned Masters Accountancy degree, your Accountancy professional qualifications, complemented by four years’ worth of practical, technical, and professional experience.

• Four year programme
• Designed for school leavers

• One day per week studying towards your degree
• Starting salary: £23,000
• No university fees

We are eager to retain our Apprentices at the end of the programme into a more senior Accounting role at Dentons to continue shaping the future of law. This could be the start of something big!

Who is Eligible?

The apprenticeships have been designed for school leavers with a keen interest in Innovation. Someone who wants to work in a fast-paced and forward-thinking environment. You’ll need to have strong problem-solving skills and a desire to learn and grow. We welcome candidates from all backgrounds, and encourage you to bring your unique experiences and ambitions

Eligibility requirements:

• Highers: BBBB (or equivalent)
• Higher in Maths or Accountancy
• No existing undergraduate     degree
• Ready to start in August 2025
• Glasgow based
