Talent, Leadership and DE&I Apprentice
Job Description
What You'll Be Doing:
-Support the implementation of the DE&I, Talent or Leadership strategies including creating first draft of collateral, researching best practice and summarising key recommendations.
-Support the end-to-end delivery of Leadership and Talent development programmes and interventions, more specifically drafting briefing materials, pre and post communications, crafting evaluations, etc.
-Work with internal and external facilitators and business stakeholders (I.e. BMs, PAs, Facilities etc.) to ensure timely preparation of events
-Co-own the coaching records including keeping track of ongoing relationships, supports with evaluation and measuring ROI on coaching interventions, etc.
-Collaborate with the Data team to produce first drafts of reporting and insights ensuring we are reporting progress and impact.
-Review evaluation data and insight to understand and track our progress and influence strategic areas of focus.
-Help write DE&I regulatory responses and awards entries such as government and regulatory submissions (e.g. Charter commitments, external recognition, etc.).
-Support with any process, system and reporting requirements across the Leadership, Talent and DE&I portfolio
-Support the wider People & Talent Partners and Culture Lead
-There will also be the opportunity to work towards a Level 3 HR Support Apprenticeship.

-To be eligible to apply for this apprenticeship you will:
-Have an A*-C (9-4) GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English, which you’ll need to be able to evidence. However, if you have extenuating circumstances please do get in touch.
-Applicants need to have lived in the UK for the last 3 years
